Anisa W. Sadewo also earned her skills through pursuing a master’s in international marketing from Hult International Business School in the United States of America.

Her proven success in team leadership and strategic decision-making during her tenure as the Executive Director of LPG Filling and Transportation Stations at PT Arsade Multi Gasindo (AMG Group) has led to her appointment as the President Director of AMG Group.

With over 20 years of professional experience at Arsade Multi Gasindo Group, Achmad Sofwan Hadi has cultivated expertise that spans technical, commercial, and project management disciplines. Beginning his career as an engineer, he has developed mastery in project management systems, gas pipeline design philosophy, cathodic protection system design and maintenance for pipelines, as well as the design of metering and regulating systems for gas applications.

His capabilities include conducting technical and commercial evaluations, delivering tender board presentations for Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements, and overseeing gas distribution operations from upstream sources to end-users in alignment with contractual agreements. Additionally, Achmad Sofwan Hadi excels in building strong customer relationships, managing intricate projects, and ensuring seamless execution of gas distribution and associated processes.

Muhamad Raisully

Muhamad Raisully possesses 20 years of extensive legal experience, with 10 years specializing in the natural gas industry. His expertise spans analyzing complex legal matters, providing sound legal opinions, and managing corporate and litigation issues. He has demonstrated proficiency in designing legal and commercial frameworks for gas commercialization, encompassing both supply and sales processes, while fostering strong, strategic relationships with government in the natural gas sector.

In the commercial domain, his proven track record includes successfully developing business models, leading negotiations, and securing high-value contracts for natural gas trading, with total project values exceeding USD 1 million.

With a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia, an MBA from the Bandung Institute of Technology, and a solid history of accomplishments in both legal and commercial fields, he has consistently driven organizations toward achieving their strategic goals.
